For new Local Executive members only

In this workshop, Local Executives will learn key components of a functioning Local, including strategic planning, meeting best-practices, and new member orientation. Through small and large-group discussion, activities, and even a mock meeting, participants will explore Local Executive roles, mentorship and coaching, and UNA’s Constitution, Policies, and Procedures.

This workshop is designed for Local Executive members and District Representatives. It is one workshop in the three-part How to Run a Local series: Administration, Finance, and Labour Relations.
