Alberta health care needs stability, not needless reorganization

The Alberta government says totally reorganizing the public health care system will make it more efficient for patients. But reorganizing health care into silos doesn't fix the problems, it makes the system more challenging to navigate and sends patients back in circles to where they started.

What Alberta nurses need is the stability and capacity to provide safe patient care. Capacity means having enough staff, space, and resources so Albertans can get care when and where they need it, without long waits, long drives, and return trips to the Emergency Room.
